Our favorite time of the year is just around the corner… You guessed it! DEER SEASON! And if you’re anything like us, you want to be as prepared as possible for when the season rolls around to ensure you have the best shot possible at obtaining that prized buck (no pun intended 😉). More importantly, we are excited to prepare the youth of our sport for one of the most exciting times of the year.

As a youth, it’s important to start learning the ins and outs of deer hunting and how your choices can affect your herd when the season rolls around. One of the main choices that affect your herd is feed. Your deer feed plays a vital role in the success of your season and is something that is taken very seriously among hunters across the country. The right feed will attract and retain deer to your property, increase the herd health, and will sustainably create a greater size consistency among the herd. Who wants a weak herd by the time deer season rolls around? We sure don’t.

With our Buck Grits Premium Whitetail deer Feed, you can ensure that you are benefiting your herd for the upcoming season with the best ingredients on the market. Buck Grits provides nutritional value for year-round feeding, guaranteed to strengthen and energize your herd. As well as benefiting your herd, Buck Grits is 100% safe for all wildlife, protecting all the other animals and critters out there.

Now that we’ve covered the basics, let’s get to planning the rest of the youth deer season. Below you can find everything you need to know to prepare for youth seasons in Missouri and Kentucky. Happy hunting!
